Pete is Partner at EY and has over 25 years of experience from leadership roles in industrial companies and consulting, such as Toyota, BMW Rover, Airbus, Ford and McKinsey. His specialty is in leading large scale operational transformation programs across multiple sectors – including Consumer Goods, Retail,  Financial Services,  Life Sciences, Automotive and Aerospace. 

Examples of Pete’s previous experiences are from Toyota – where he was responsible for helping European suppliers implement the Toyota Production System, and from Airbus -  where Pete was responsible for the transformation program  and the team that developed, codified and deployed the Airbus Production System (Lean).
