Jim Easton is Chief Executive, Health Care at Care UK.
25 years og leadership lessons in quality and efficiency in healthcare
At the conference Jim will explain why quality improvement is a driver in his leadership. How did quality improvement become a driver in a national savings-program such as the one he led in UK’s National Health Service (NHS)? How can we be the generation of leaders and health care professionals that take the responsibility and transform healthcare? Jim will provide all participants with two tools that can help you with creating a culture of quality improvement.
Jim Easton has 30 years of experience from healthcare, and many years in leadership. He has been CEO of York Hospital for several years and is now Managing Director for Health Care in Care UK’s Health Care division. This division provides a wide range of services for NHS patients across the country. His leadership is founded on quality improvement, as the core knowledge and strategy. His period as a NHS National Director for Improvement and Efficiency after the financial crisis gave important insight. He has been a leading voice in quality improvement for the last 15 years.
