To drive real behavioral change on the Gemba floor, we must move beyond raw text and pie charts and show data with better visual notations. AI can do that.

• Stop settling for insufficient information transfer. Learn how to make your tools solve more of the problems.
• Pie charts and radar charts can never compete with technical notation or music nota-tion. All data sets require better notations.
• Everybody can understand "their voice in the orchestra" and their impact on quality.
